Currently in the process of building a company that aims to help Emiratis reduce the time required to build villas with the support of the Home Loan program from the Housing Authority. The goal is to construct villas in less than six months using cutting-edge patented technology that enables 3D printing of villas with advanced machinery.
This approach is significantly different from the current fragile methods, as it incorporates cement and metals, ensuring durability and structural strength. This innovative process will offer Emiratis faster and more reliable housing solutions.

It allows for dynamic adjustments to certain internal processes, enabling automation and custom behavior. While primarily marketed as a means to improve gameplay efficiency or personalization, its capacity to interface with deeper game systems raises questions about its potential misuse and broader implications for the integrity of the gaming environment.

I’m currently developing an open-world survival game using Unreal Engine 5, and progress has been incredible. The game features stunning visuals, dynamic gameplay, and a rich, immersive world. With everything on track, I’m aiming for a Steam launch within the next two years. Sure, I’m terrible at character and story development—but hey, at least it looks amazing!
